Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Nuna Mia’s website. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Full refunds to the original payment method are available for eligible items returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items returned after 14 days but within 30 days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • eGift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift packaging items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@nunamia.com with your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the issue. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
